Hi, I’m Sanjay Gupta.

My work is about people, and the possibilities that open up when we come together. As the Founder and Principal Consultant at Leaping Frog Consulting Services, I have the privilege of walking alongside individuals and organizations, helping them discover their strengths and create real, purposeful change.

What really drives me is an intense curiosity about people, and the journeys that shape who we become.

Over the years, I have realized that before I can truly be there for others, I need to be there for myself. Reflection, self-inquiry, and listening to my own heart have become close companions on my odyssey.

It is through this honest conversation with myself that I am able to truly see, hear, and feel others. I find myself working from what I call the heartspace – a place of intuition, feeling, and emotion, and then gently weaving it with the mindspace of thought and clarity. For me, it is simply dil-o-dimag, the balance of heart and mind.

I simply love to love, and to feel that connection with others. For me, love is less about labels and more about experience - the pure ahsaas of it. As the line beautifully says, “pyar ko pyar hi rahne do, koi naam na do.” That perhaps captures it best.

Recently, photography has become a very special part of my experience. When I look through the lens, whether close up or wide, I find a way of seeing that everyday life often misses. It invites me to pause, to be patient, and to be still.

Through the camera, I see the beauty and emotion in people and nature, and it fills me with joy every time. At the very heart of my gratitude is Amrtia, my better half. From our days as classmates in college to 34 years of togetherness, her presence, her strength, and her constant support have molded who I am today. At the heart of our home are our two sons, Shubhro and Abhro, both now in college, growing into wonderful young men. Watching them become who they are is one of my greatest joys.

This is a space where I share my thoughts on life, people, organizations, nature, memories, and photographs – things that life keeps teaching me. If something here makes you pause, feel, or see differently, then this space has done what it was meant to do.
